Stinky is small and ill-tempered with a penchant for mischief. He constantly plays pranks on the other inhabitants of Moominvalley, out of sheer nastiness as much as out of genuine fondness for trickery and stealing. However, Stinky always gets caught.

Children and adults alike fall in love with the sympathetic characters of Moomin Valley as created by the author Tove Jansson. The Arabia artist Tove Slotte-Elevant has designed the delightful Moomin objects in keeping with the original drawings. Tove has completed the drawings that were limited by cartoon frames, added the measurements to suit mugs, plates and bowls, and when necessary, she has drawn missing characters. The Moomins have always been close to Tove Slotte's heart, in her own words, " I think everyone should enjoy a little dose of Moomin philosophy everyday"
