*IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
To guarantee Christmas Delivery orders need to be placed by 1pm Monday December 22nd. Of course orders can be placed after this date but we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas.

We charge only £3.95 for all mainland UK deliveries.
Obviously some places are easier to reach than others and so a little patience and extra cost might be required. We advise that you contact us before placing your order. Delivery charges are dependent on the destination country and size of purchase. Shipments usually take 7-10 days although can be delayed further due to customs procedures.

Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
Heavy and large items will be delivered by our local specialist carrier to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items will vary depending on the delivery address post code.

Please note: Furniture items are manufactured to order unless otherwise stated and can take 8 - 10 weeks for delivery.
While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items.
*The usual refund policy is 14 days, but we have extended this for items purchased as gifts between 15th November and 14th January. Unwanted Christmas gifts can be exchanged for other goods or a refund issued. The returns policy does not apply to purchases made in-store.
We ask that you notify us either by email or a phone call within 7 days of receiving the goods, and that you return them to us within 14 days. We can then advise you on the most cost effective way to return the item, this especially applies to large, bulky items.
The returned products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items please make sure they are securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We will issue a refund as soon as the item is recieved, refunds can take up to five days to show in your account. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
