Orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1 - 2 days and sent via Royal Mail or by APC Couriers, a signature may be required.
We understand that sometimes you need to get your hands on a new purchase as soon as possible, if your order is required by a certain date, do not hesitate to contact us, we will endeavour to meet any deadlines.
The cost of delivery will always be displayed in your trolley as you add items and before you confirm payment.
If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, would like to confirm delivery times, or you have a query, you are welcome to contact the shop. Please call 01531 631044 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.
Alternatively why not pop into the shop and make a purchase in person.
We know it can be very frustrating to miss a delivery, especially if it's something that you need quickly. If you are not in when the couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order.
If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.
Deliveries by Royal Mail - if you're out and about, you may find that your item has been left with a neighbour instead of being returned back to your Royal Mail Delivery Office.
If Royal Mail deliver any of your items to one of your neighbours they will post a 'Something for you' card through your letter-box telling you this.
If they are unable to deliver an item to you, or a neighbour, your item will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect it, or to arrange a re-delivery.
Again, they will post a 'Something for you' card through your letter-box telling you this.
Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to redeliver your order.

Obviously some places are easier to reach than others and so a little patience and extra cost might be required. We advise that you contact us before placing your order. Delivery charges are dependent on the destination country and size of purchase. Shipments usually take 7-10 days although can be delayed further due to customs procedures.

Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
Heavy and large items will be delivered by our local specialist carrier to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items will vary depending on the delivery address post code.

Please note: Furniture items are manufactured to order unless otherwise stated and can take 8 - 10 weeks for delivery.

Any orders placed with us from Friday 1st November can be returned up to Wednesday 8th January. This gives you plenty of time to return presents for an exchange or refund, so you can shop early without worrying. Any purchases made after the 26th December will be eligible for the normal 14 day returns period.
While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items.
We ask that you notify us either by email or a phone call within 7 days of receiving the goods, and that you return them to us within 14 days. We can then advise you on the most cost effective way to return the item, this especially applies to large, bulky items.
The returned products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items please make sure they are securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We will issue a refund as soon as the item is recieved, refunds can take up to five days to show in your account. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
