Ordering
When you select UK standard delivery your order will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 2 - 3 days via Royal Mail. Standard delivery can take 5 - 7 working days and a signature may be required. We understand that sometimes you need to get your hands on a new purchase as soon as possible, if your order is required by a certain date, do not hesitate to contact us, we will endeavour to meet any deadlines.
The cost of delivery will always be displayed in your trolley as you add items and before you confirm payment.
If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, would like to confirm delivery times, or you have a query, you are welcome to contact the shop. Please call Louise or Jill on 01531 631044 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Furniture Deliveries
Heavy and large items will be delivered by our local specialist carrier to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items will vary depending on the delivery address post code.
Please contact us for a quotation and to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Please note: Furniture items are manufactured to order unless otherwise stated and can take 8 - 10 weeks for delivery.
Returns
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply include the delivery note and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement and post back to:

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
