Piecework is a puzzle company dedicated to quality time in the great indoors.
The name Piecework is a nod to the importance of the process of doing a jigsaw - it’s about fitting something together by hand, working it through, piece by piece - instead of the outcome.
Jena & Rachel started Piecework after discovering the joy and satisfaction that comes from working on a puzzle. Burned out from work and seeking an antidote to the “always-on” nature of today’s world, they booked a rental cabin for a quick escape. But, when they arrived, they found ourselves rained in for the entire long weekend. With no phone service and nothing to do, they turned to a closet of old jigsaw puzzles only to find they offered the rest and relaxation we had been looking for in the first place. A few years - and many shared puzzles - later, Piecework was born!
