Tapestries, or gobelins, are tightly woven carpets that look almost like paintings, and the new Gobelin series by Rosendahl caters to both serving and artistic storytelling in equal parts.
The motif of the series is a contemporary interpretation of Bjørn Wiinblad’s tapestry drawings, with his fantastical imagery decorating three pieces in glossy white porcelain: a jug, a serving platter, and a bowl.
The serving dish has a base with a rhomboid relief on the outside. Measuring 30 cm in diameter, it is perfect for cakes and treats that deserve to be served with an extraordinary artistic flourish!

Wiinblad’s female face with the triangular nose and almond-shaped eyes is probably his most well-known motif, while pastel rhombus shapes form a geometric background pattern, making the collection both clean-cut and lavish.
The atmosphere of elegance is emphasised by the sparkling gold leaf decorations, which give the motif an exclusive Arabian nights look and make the Gobelin pieces ideal for all types of serving.
