Throughout his long career, Bjørn Wiinblad was drawn to the eastern cultures. His enchanting Symphony “Magic jars” by Rosendahl, are dome-shaped vessels that seem to appear straight out of an opulent fairy tale with their intricate relief motifs and shimmering glazes.
The soft pink Magic jars are available in two sizes, the smaller of the two shown here – perfect throughout the home for storing precious jewellery, love letters and other magical secrets. Their food-safe transparent glazed interiors also make the jars an opulent addition to the kitchen.

Embrace the joyful exuberance!
Bjørn Wiinblad was born in Copenhagen in 1918. At a very early age, he began to show signs of his talent for drawing and creating imaginative worlds.
Bjørn Wiinblad’s creative joy knew no bounds! At a time when minimalism was at its peak, he painted oriental, sumptuously adorned ladies and quirky fantasy beasts – and spread joy, exuberance and imagination. Wiinblad’s brush strokes touched every corner of his art, and his urge to decorate kept him with a paintbrush in his hand throughout his life – and awake round the clock. He instructed his employees to wake him up every time they had new ceramic heads ready so he could immediately paint on his distinctive, almond-shaped eyes. And his unstoppable creative urge, lavish oriental style and boundless talent made him a world artist, the likes of whom Denmark had never seen.
