William Morris was a key figure in the Arts and Crafts Movement. It was Morris who said, 'Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful'.
A printed furnishing textile from 1883, Strawberry Thief is one of William Morris’ most well-known designs. It takes its inspiration from the thrushes which frequently stole the fruit from the garden of his countryside home, Kelmscott Manor, in Oxfordshire.

Åry Home proudly use and re-use the knowledge of Swedish craftsmanship both when it comes to production as well as in choice of materials. They make their products by hand, just like they did when they started in 1952.
Using only the finest birch wood from sustainable Scandinavian forests, their credentials are greener than green – they even re-use raw material waste to generate new energy for the factory.
