Öjbro Swedish Wool Socks - Skaftö Snö

Whether on a country walk, on the snowy slopes, or padding about at home, Öjbro's Swedish Skaftö snö wool socks will keep your toes toasty warm - and the Swedes certainly know a thing or two about that!

Åse and Ted Öjbro knit their irresistibly cosy wool socks using traditional Swedish colours and patterns. The Skaftö design is inspired by Bohuslän fisherman's sweaters and features a pattern and colour scheme in harmony with the Scandinavian landscape.

The unisex below the knee Skaftö snö socks are available in two sizes, 38 to 41 and 42 to 45.

The Nordic people have been knitting socks and mittens for centuries, the earliest sign of knitting dates back to the 13th century.

Åse and Ted Öjbro produce their beautiful knitwear in Ulricehamn, Västergötland, Sweden. They are passionate about keeping the traditional art of jacquard knitting alive. Their striking designs are steeped in tradition and history yet fit into any modern-day wardrobe.

Åse designed the Skaftö pattern in honour of the dangerous and tireless work of the Swedish fisherman working on the high seas, year after year regardless of the weather.
