Glerups Felt House Shoe - Charcoal

Nanny Glerup describes her Danish slippers as “beautiful, natural and warm”, we would also add that they are practical, super soft, beautifully made and long lasting.

The Glerups shoe has a back that hugs the heel, ideal when going up and down the stairs as the slipper stays firmly on the foot. They are by far the most stylish and understated shoes we've ever had the pleasure to pad around the house in.

Made of 100% pure natural wool with a sole of soft vegetable tanned calfskin.

A hobby that grew...

In 1993, Nanny Glerup began crafting slippers as a hobby using wool from her own Gotland sheep. Her creations garnered such acclaim from friends and family that she decided to transform it into a small business. Initially, she could only produce two pairs a day. However, since then, she has pioneered new production techniques. Today, all Glerups models are designed in Denmark and manufactured in their own dedicated factory in Romania.

Throughout the years, Nanny Glerup, with the assistance of her husband, Ove Glerup, has meticulously honed the design, resulting in the exquisite slippers we see today.
